From first mile to finish line, our Spring Training Group prepares you to run (or walk) your best race this spring. Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced plans are available for both runners and walkers.

Saturdays at 8:00 AM (Nora). Midweek Miles meetups rotate monthly between locations (details coming soon).

What This Program Is
Spring Training Group is a structured 15-week plan paired with a consistent community meetup to help you build fitness, stay accountable, and show up prepared for race day.
You’ll meet weekly on Saturday mornings at Athletic Annex Nora, and you’ll receive a complete program to follow at your own pace during the week. If you’re not sure which level you should follow, we’ll help you choose the plan that fits best.
