If your purchase isn’t working for you, you can return or exchange it within 30 days.

  • Try footwear on the road, trail, treadmill, or track.
  • Return or exchange if the fit or performance is not right.
  • Food and nutrition products cannot be returned.

To start your return or exchange, you will need:

  • Email address or ZIP code
  • Order number or tracking number
  • Original packaging (recommended but not required)

Processing Times

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges: Processed once items are approved. A new shipment confirmation will follow.

You may return or exchange items in-store or by mail.

In-Store Returns

Bring the item and your order confirmation to any Athletic Annex location.

Mail-In Returns

Prepaid return labels are provided for orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

  1. Create your return label using the button above or click here.
  2. Package your item securely.
  3. Attach the prepaid label.
  4. Drop it off at your preferred carrier location.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories pay return shipping.
