  • Return or exchange if the fit or performance is not right.
  • Food and nutrition products cannot be returned.

  • Original packaging (recommended but not required)

Processing Times

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges: Processed once items are approved. A new shipment confirmation will follow.

You may return or exchange items in-store or by mail.

In-Store Returns

Bring the item and your order confirmation to any Athletic Annex location.

Mail-In Returns

Prepaid return labels are provided for orders within the 48 contiguous United States.

  2. Package your item securely.
  3. Attach the prepaid label.
  4. Drop it off at your preferred carrier location.

Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories pay return shipping.

Can I return worn shoes? >

Yes. Footwear used for normal running or walking can be returned within 30 days as long as it is not excessively worn or damaged.

Can I return or exchange an online order in-store? >

Yes. Bring the item and your order confirmation to any Athletic Annex location.

What items are not eligible for return? >

Nutrition products, excessively worn items, misused items, and final sale items and clearance cannot be returned.

What do I need to start a mail-in return? >

Go to this website, provide your email or ZIP code and your order number or tracking number. You'll receive a (free) shipping label to print. Original packaging is recommended but not required.

When will I receive my refund or exchange? >

Refunds are issued after inspection. Exchanges are processed once your returned item is approved, and a shipment confirmation will be sent.

Do I have to pay for return shipping? >

Returns are free for orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories pay return shipping costs.
