Training Programs - Group Runs


Let's go 2024, bring on the Mini Marathon and Carmel Race Series !
Join us for a 15-week training program for the beginner, intermediate or advanced runner and/or walker. Absolutely everyone is welcome and if you aren't sure which program to do, we’ll help you decide which plan works best!
We will meet every Saturday morning at the Nora Plaza store at 8am to run/walk and you will have the complete program to follow along at your own pace during the week. Optional midweek runs/walks in Nora on Tuesday @6pm and Thursday in Fishers and Carmel @6pm.

Join us for a weekly dose of MidWeek Miles. Runs/walks are typically 30-45 minutes and all paces are welcome to join.
