Training Programs
Join us in the Spring and Fall for our 15-week half marathon training program for the beginner, intermediate or advanced runner and/or walker. Absolutely everyone is welcome and if you aren't sure which program to do, we’ll help you decide which plan works best! We will meet every Saturday morning at the Nora Plaza store at 8am to run/walk and you will have the complete program to follow along at your own pace during the week.
Optional midweek runs/walks in Nora on Tuesday @6:30pm and Thursdays in Fishers and Carmel @6:30pm.
Spring Training starts in January and the fall program starts in July.
