Experience a smooth, efficient road run with gentle guidance built in. The Experience Flow ST is designed for runners and walkers who want light stability without feeling restricted. GuideRail™ technology provides subtle medial guidance only when needed, helping promote a naturally stable stride while staying out of the way when you’re moving well.

Underfoot, a low 4mm drop and rocker geometry encourage efficient transitions and an easy toe-off, making the Flow ST a strong choice for daily miles, training runs, and long walks alike. An updated engineered mesh upper improves breathability, while the redesigned heel collar adds step-in comfort and security. Finished with Altra’s Standard FootShape™ fit, the Experience Flow ST gives your toes room to move naturally while keeping the midfoot locked in for confidence on the road.

This Shoe Is Perfect For

A stable, lightweight road shoe for daily training, easy runs, and walking - ideal for runners who want gentle guidance without a bulky or overbuilt feel.

How This Shoe Compares

Compared to Brooks Adrenaline GTS

How it compares: The Adrenaline GTS is more traditional and structured, with a higher drop and a firmer, more controlling feel.

Key difference: Stability is always present and more noticeable, while the Experience Flow ST delivers lighter, on-demand guidance with a smoother, more modern ride.

Why choose Flow ST instead: Lower drop, lighter feel, and a less corrective experience for runners who want stability without stiffness.

Compared to Asics GT-2000

How it compares: The GT-2000 offers more structured stability and a slightly heavier, more planted feel.

Key difference: ASICS targets moderate overpronators and longer mileage with a firmer, more controlled platform, whereas the Flow ST prioritizes efficiency and light guidance.

Why choose Flow ST instead: Lighter, more flexible, and better suited for runners who only need stability as fatigue sets in rather than all the time.
