The Full Mo on the Monon

A look back at one of Indianapolis’ most distinctive endurance events - a point-to-point 50K that runs the Monon from Sheridan to downtown.

Race Day on the Monon

The Full Mo is one of Central Indiana’s most unique race experiences - a 50K built around the full length of the Monon corridor. Athletic Annex was on the ground to capture the day, and this gallery highlights the runners, volunteers, spectators, and small moments that made the event memorable.

From early-morning miles up north to the final push into downtown Indianapolis, this page is meant to celebrate the atmosphere, grit, and community that define the Full Mo.

What Is the Full Mo?

The Full Mo is a point-to-point 50K that follows the Monon from Sheridan south through Hamilton County, Broad Ripple, and into downtown Indianapolis. It has earned a reputation as both an approachable first ultra and a meaningful challenge for experienced ultrarunners.

The course stands out because it turns one of Central Indiana’s best-known running corridors into a full-day effort - part ultra, part city-to-suburb tour, and part community event.
