Hoosier State Relays (HSR) Finals are a high-energy championship meet built around relays and team scoring - with athletes competing in sprint relays, distance relays, and select individual events (based on the official meet format for the year). It’s one of the most spectator-friendly meets of the season because there is always something happening - fast heats, big exchanges, and team races that come down to tenths of a second.

The 2026 finals are hosted at the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds (1202 E. 38th St., Indianapolis, IN 46205).
